手术治疗肩胛骨骨折的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of surgery in treatment of scapular frature

目的 探讨手术治疗肩胛骨骨折的临床疗效.方法 对本院2010年9月～2012年9月采用手术治疗的60例肩胛骨骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 60例肩胛骨骨折患者经过手术治疗均治愈出院,疗效评价为优36例,良15例,可7例,差2例,优良率为85.0％；所有患者经过治疗没有出现骨不连以及切口感染等并发症.结论 手术治疗肩胛骨骨折临床疗效显著,值得推广应用.

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of surgery in treatment of scapular frature. Methods A retrospectiveanalysis was conducted on the clinical data of 60 cases of patients with scapula fracture, who adopted surgical treatment in our hospital from September 2010 to September 2012. Results All the 60 patients with scapula fracture were cured and discharged after surgical treatment. There were 36 cases with excellent curative effect, 15 cases with good curative effect, 7 cases with fair curative effect, and 2 cases with poor curative effect. The excellent and good rate was 85.0%. After treatment, no case occmTed bone ununion and incision infection and other complica- tions. Conclusion Surgical treatment has remarkably clinical curative effect in treatment of scapula fracture, so it is worthy of wide application and promotion.
