微侵袭钢板内固定治疗下肢骨折的临床观察

摘要 目的 探讨分析微侵袭钢板内固定治疗下肢骨折的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析52例下肢骨折患者微侵袭钢板内固定治疗效果,患者入院后及时接受超声检查,确诊后实施患肢石膏托外固定或骨牵引固定处理,手术早期实施关节功能锻炼.结果 全部患者术后均接受19~23个月的随访,平均随访时间为(20±12)个月,无一例患者出现骨折不愈合或延迟愈合症状,所有患者均固定成功,没有感染情况发生.患者临床愈合时间为9~14周,平均(12.2±6.3)周.结论 微侵袭钢板内固定方法同生物学固定原则相符合,对下肢骨折的愈合有重要作用,是比较有效的下肢骨折治疗方法. Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive plate internal fixation of lower limb fractures. Methods Clinical data of 52 patients with lower limb fractures who were given minimally invasive plate internal fixation were retrospectively reviewed. The patients promptly received ultrasound inspections after they were admitted to hospital and they received plaster immobilization or skeletal traction fixation of their broken extremities af- ter final diagnosis. Functional exercises of joints were performed shortly after surgery. Results All patients received 19 to 23 months follow-up, average of (20 ~ 12) months. All patients were successfully fixed and no patients appeared nonunion or delayed union symptoms. No infection happened. The clinical healing time was 9 to 14 weeks, average of (12.2~6.3)weeks. Conclusion Minimally invasive plate internal fixation has the consistent principle with biological fix- ation. It is especially useful on lower limb fractures and is an effective method to treat lower extremity fractures.
