摘要
目的 分析昏迷患者的临床急诊治疗特点.方法 选取本院2012年3月～2013年4月急诊接收的68例昏迷患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,并对其临床治疗特点进行总结.结果 经过积极治疗,68例患者中抢救成功61例,成功率为89.7％;7例患者抢救失败,死亡率为10.3％.结论 在对昏迷患者进行急诊临床治疗中,首先应对患者的昏迷原因进行大致了解,及早确诊,及时治疗,以期有效降低死亡率.
Objective To analyze the clinical emergency treatment features of patients with coma.Methods The clini- cal data of 68 patients with coma in our hospital from March 2012 to April 2013 was selected and analyzed retrospec- tively,the clinical treatment features were summarized.Results After positive treatment,61 patients were successfully rescued,with the success rate of 89.7%;7 patients were failed,with the mortality rate of 10.3%.Conclusion In the clini- cal emergency treatment of coma patients,general understanding of the causes of coma at first,early diagnosis and time- ly treatment are necessary to effectively reduce the mortality rate.
