摘要
目的观察围术期护理在老年性白内障患者中的应用效果。方法将100例老年白内障患者随机分为护理组和对照组。分别采用围术期护理和常规方式进行护理。比较两组入院时和术后焦虑自评量表评分(SAS),以及手术相关情况。结果术后观察组SAS评分改善更明显;护理组患者视力>0.8患者比率70.0%,并发症发生率2.0%,患者满意率96.0%;对照组患者视力>0.8患者比率45.0%,并发症发生率8.0%,患者满意率86.0%。结论对老年白内障患者加强围术期护理有利于临床效果的整体改善,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of nursing for senile cataract patients in perioperative period.Methods Choosed 100 senile cataract patients to divide into study group and controlled group to choosed perioperative period nursing and common nursing.Compared the SAS scored befor in-hopspital and after operation.Results The SAS scores in study group were improved better.The rate of eyesight 0.8 in study group was 70.0%,incidence of complication was 2.0%,rate of patients＇ satisfaction was 96.0%.The rate of eyesight 0.8 in controlled group was 45.0%,incidence of complication was 8.0%,rate of patients＇ satisfaction was 86.0%.Conclusion Strengthening nursing for senile cataract patients in perioperative period can improve effect to extend in clinic.
