摘要
目的了解我院门急诊处方存在的问题,提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法选取我院2012年1—12月门急诊处方2400张,并对不合理处方并进行分类分析。结果不合理处方265张,处方不合格率为11.04%。其中不规范处方139张(52.45%),不适宜处方113张(42.64%),超常处方共13张(4.91%)。结论我院处方基本合理,但仍存在一定的问题。在医师与药师之间达成合理用药的共识,更有利于日常实践中新知识的吸收和整合,从而促进合理用药。
Objective To understand the situation of irrational antibiotics prescriptions in outpatient and emergency department of our hospital.Methods 2400 prescriptions of outpatient and emergency department from January 2012 to December 2012 were random selected and irrational prescriptions were classified and analysised.Results 265 irrational prescriptions,which accouted for 11.04%,concluded 139 non-standard prescriptions（52.45%）,113 unsuitable prescriptions（42.64%）,13 extraordinary prescriptions（4.91%）.Conclusion Drug use was reasonable in outpatient and emergency department of our hospital,but there was still need for improvements.
