摘要
目的分析术前护理干预对经腹全子宫切除术患者焦虑的影响。方法选取2007年1月—2013年1月经腹行全子宫切除术的患者80例,分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规方式护理;观察组在对照组基础上,加强全面护理干预。对比两组患者护理前后的焦虑情况以及患者对自我心理状态的满意率。结果护理后,两组患者的焦虑情况均改善,但观察组改善更明显;护理后,两组患者对心理状态的满意率均提高,分别为92.5%和80.0%。结论术前护理干预对经腹全子宫切除术患者焦虑的影响效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To analzye the effect of nursing intervetion before operation on anxiety of patients received abdominouterectomy.Methods Choosed 80 patients from Jan.2007 to Jan.2013 received abdominouterectomy to divide into study group and controlled group.The controlled group were treated with common nursing,and study group were treated added comprehensive nrusing.Compared anxiety of patients and patients＇ satisfaction before and after oepration.Results The improvement of anxiety in study group was better than controlled group.The rate of patients＇ satisfaction in study group was 92.5%,higher than 80.0%.Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention before operation on anxiety of patients received abdominouterectomy is effective to extend in clinic.
