摘要
目的探讨羟苯磺酸钙对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)及氧化应激的影响。方法将68例早期DN患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组32例。另选取60例健康志愿者作为健康组,对照组予糖尿病饮食、胰岛素控制血糖、安慰剂口服;治疗组在对照组基础上加用羟苯磺酸钙治疗。治疗12周后,观察3组UAER及血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的变化。结果 DN组UAER和血清MDA明显高于健康组,而血SOD、GSH-Px明显低于健康组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组观察指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗后UAER和血清MDA较治疗前下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组治疗前后血清SOD、GSH-Px差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后,UAER和血清MDA明显低于治疗前,血清SOD、GSH-Px明显高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论羟苯磺酸钙能有效降低早期糖尿病肾病患者UAER,改善患者的氧化应激状态。
Objective To analysis the efficacy of calcium dobesilate on urine albumin excretion rate and oxidative stress in patients with early diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods 68 cases patients with early DN were randomly divided into treatment group(36cases) and control group( 32 cases). Selected 60 cases healthy individuals as healthy group. Control group was given diabetic diet,insulin injection and placebo. Treatment group , on the basis of control, was treated by calcium dobesil- ate. After 12 weeks of treatment, compared the level of urine albumin excretion rate (UAER) and malondialdehyde (MDA) , su- peroxide dismutase (SOD) , glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px)among 3 groups. Results The level of UAER and MDA of DN group was higher than that of healthy group, and the level of SOD, GSH-Px of DN group were lower than that of healthy group, the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ). The level of UAER MDA, SOD, GSH-Px of 2 group was no statistically significant( P 〉 0.05 ). The level of UAER and MDA of control group after treatment were lower than that before treatment, but the difference was no statistically significant( P 〉 0.05 ). The level of SOD and GSH-Px of 2 group was no statistically signifi- cant( P 〉 0.05 ). The level of UAER and MDA of treatment after treatment were lower than that before treatment, the level of SOD and GSH-Px of treatment after treatment were higher than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Calcium dobesilate can effectively reduce the level of UAER in patients with early DN. Improve the state of oxidative stress.
