宫颈鳞癌组织中ki-67和P53的表达及其意义

目的探究宫颈鳞癌组织中ki-67和P53蛋白的表达含量及其临床意义。方法将122例宫颈鳞癌患者设为A组;将同期住院治疗的80例子宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅲ级患者设为B组;将40例宫颈炎患者设为C组。利用免疫组化二步法检测3组ki-67和P53蛋白的表达含量,并进一步分析ki-67和P53的表达量与宫颈鳞癌的临床分期关联性。结果 3组宫颈上皮组织的ki-67和P53含量均存在统计学差异(P<0.05),A组、B组、C组的ki-67和P53蛋白含量依次递减。对于宫颈鳞癌患者而言,Ⅱ期鳞癌的ki-67和P53表达含量均高于Ⅰ期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测妇科疾病患者ki-67和P53蛋白的表达水平在一定程度上可有助于宫颈鳞癌的临床诊断,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the expression and significance of ki-67 and P53 in squamous cell carcinoma tis- sues of cervix. Methods Selected 122 cases patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma as A group,selected 80 cases pa- tients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia II during the same period as B group, selected 40 cases patients with cervicitis as C group. Measured the content of ki-67 and 1：〉53 of 3 groups by immunohistochemical two-step. Analysis the relationship be- tween the content of ki-67 and P53 and the clinical stage of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Results The difference of the content of ki-67and P53 in 3 groups was statistically significant（P 〈0.05） ,The content of ki-67 and P53 of A group,B group and C group followed by decline. The content of ki-67 and P53 of phase 2 cervical squamous ceil carcinoma was higher than that of phase 1 cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The de- tect of ki-67 and P53 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma contribute to the diagnosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Wor- thy of clinical application.
