盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液在小儿普通外科麻醉前用药的临床观察

Clinical observation of premedication with penehyclidine hydrochloride injection in pediatric general surgery

目的观察盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液在小儿普通外科麻醉前用药的临床效果。方法将68例手术患儿随机分为A组和B组各34例。A组术前予盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液,B组术前予阿托品,观察2组治疗前、给药后30min心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)和唾液分泌量,比较2组不良反应。结果 A组用药前后HR变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),B组用药后HR明显高于用药前,且高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组用药前后SBP、DBP比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药后,2组口腔唾液量均少于用药前,且A组明显少于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组不良反应发生率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿外科麻醉前给药中,盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液有效抑制腺体分泌,并对心率影响较小,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of premedication with penehyclidine hydrochloride injection in pediatric general surgery. Methods 68 cases infants with surgery were randomly divided into A group and B group, each of 34 cases. A group was treated by penehyclidine hydrochloride injection. A group was treated by penehyclidine hydroehloride injec- tion ,B group was treated by atropine. Compared the heart rate（ HR）, systolic blood pressure（ SBP）, diastolic blood pressure （DBP） ,the amount of saliva secretion of two groups, and observed the adverse drug reactions of two groups. Results The HR of A group before and after administration was no statistically（P 〉 0.05 ）. The HR of B group was higher than that before ad- ministration, and was higher than that of A group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The SBP, DBP of two groups before and after administration was no statistically significant（P 〉 0.05 ）. The amount of saliva secretion of two groups after administration were less than that before administration, the amount of saliva secretion of A group was less than that of B group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions of B group was higher than that of A group,the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Premedication with penehyclidine hydrochlo-ride injection in pediatric general surgery can inhibit glandular secretion, has little effect on heart rate. Worthy of clinical application.
