摘要
本文对气相色谱XE -60大口径毛细管柱的甲胺磷的定量分析进行了研究。本方法在5～25μg进样范围内呈线性 ;方法给出了较好的准确度和精密度 ,特别是和填充柱气相色谱相比 。
A method of quantitative analysis for methamidophos by a wide bore capillary column coated with XE-60 has been studied.This analytical method is linear and reproducible over the range 5～25μg analyted.The method permits precise and accutate quantitation and substantially reduces analysis time compared with the packed column gas chromatography.
