摘要
用有限单元法对 F16 5型发动机曲轴箱应力分布进行了计算和分析 ,并建立了曲轴箱的力学简化模型 ,通过测试验证了该模型的合理性。同时 ,对曲轴箱的薄弱环节提出了改进方案 。
In order to analyze the vulnerable spot of a crankshaft case which has a complex structure and is a key part of a diesel engine, a simplified mechanics model was established. The stress distribution of a crankshaft case of F165 diesel engine was calculated and analyzed by means of the finite element method. A test of validity was followed to examine the rationality of the new model. At last, a modified scheme to overcome the vulnerable spot of the crankshaft case was put forward based on the results obtained from the model. As a result, the reliability and the service life of the crankshaft case were remarkably improved.
