摘要
为改进传统的轴承类型选择方法 ,以提高选择的科学性和精确性 ,本文根据轴承类型的选择具有很大模糊性这一特点 ,运用模糊理论中的贴近度原理 ,把丰收系列拖拉机变速箱轴承的类型选择问题看成是一种模糊模式识别 ,通过确定工况对轴承“承受径向力的能力”等 9个功能评价指标的具体要求 ,计算出各类型轴承对工况的贴近度 。
The selection of bearing types is an essential step in the design of a tractor gearbox. People have, for long time, done it by personal experience. However the experience is fuzzy and often makes “selection” less precise. To make an approach to this problem, the type selection of bearings used in a Fengshou series of tractor gearbox was made by the approaching principle of the fuzzy theory in the paper. During the selection, we took the type selection as a fuzzy model recognition and calculated the approaching degree of each type of bearing according to the requirement of the nine functional evaluation indexes, such as abilities of suffering radial and axial forces, ability of suffering lash and so on. Then, a proper bearing which has a maximal value of the approaching degree was selected. The concept of this method is clear, convenient and practicable and it can also be used for other types of tractors as well as similar vehicles and machines.
