花针期喷施芸苔素对花生的一些生理特性及产量的影响

Effects of Brassinolide on the Physiological Characteristics and Yields of Peanut Sprayed at Blossom

花针期喷施适宜浓度的芸苔素内酯 (BR) ,能显著提高花生植株内的硝酸还原酶活性及叶片蛋白质和可溶性糖的含量 ,使主根的根活力增强。喷施 4周后 ,单位叶面积鲜重、干重和植株鲜重、干重均有所提高。成熟收获时 ,单株结荚数 ,饱果率和产量均比对照高 。

The treatments with suitable concentration of brassinolide sprayed on leaves of peanut at blossom could promote obviously the activity of nitrate reeducates and the content of protein and dissolvable sugar in leaves, and increase the activity of roots. Four weeks after sprayed brassinolide, the fresh weight and dry weight per leaf-area and per plant all increased. At harvest, the quality of pod, the percent of plump pod and the yield per plant were all higher than the control, resulted in higher peanut yield.
