探析中等职业教育缺乏吸引力的根源

中职教育缺乏吸引力,既不能完全归责于其"文凭的含金量",也不能完全归责于毕业生"走工人路径"的出口;中职教育缺乏吸引力的核心根源是因为中职生发展的梦想、机会、希望等被人为地阻隔;对此,加大投入建立"一个龙头三个放开"的省域职业教育体系,是解决中等职业教育吸引力的最佳举措。

The fundermental reason of the lack of Attraction in Secondary Vocational Education is that students＇ dreams, opportunities and hope are not realized by personal factors. So the optimal measure of solving the attraction in secondary vocational education is to establish the povincial vocational education systems of＂ one leading with three loosings＂.
