摘要
本文通过对学生心目中优秀教师特征的调查,尝试归纳出优秀教师的特征,并对这些特征进行分类分析;通过调查分析,还发现了不同阶段优秀教师特征的差异,并对此进行了分析。
This paper is a study on the characteristics of excellent teachers based on survey of college students. It analyses the characteristics recalled and mentioned by the students, lists top 10 characteristics of excellent teachers. It analyses the characteristics from three dimensions： personality, teaching, intelligence. It also finds out that the characteristics of primary school teachers, secondary school teachers and college teachers are diffemet.
