摘要
针对广州地铁运营中2012年发生的客伤事故进行详细分析,提出有效预防和处理措施,完善客伤处理机制,控制和预防客伤事故的发生。
This paper analyzes the passenger accidents in the operation of Guangzhou Metro in 2012 and puts for- ward effective prevention and treatment measures in order to improve the accident treatment mechanisms, control and prevent the happening of passenger accidents.
