论民办高校学报困境及应对策略

On the Development Dilemma of Civilian-run College Journal and the Coping Strategies

高校学报编辑是高校科研工作的重要组成部分。民办高校学报工作由于起步晚,科研力量薄弱,经费投入不足,没有刊号,导致生存、发展处于困境。文章试从民办高校学报刊号、稿源、栏目设置、编辑队伍等方面,分析其处于困境的内外原因;试图从多方约稿、广开稿源,保证稿件质量;强化责任意识、充分调动编委会、编辑的积极性,提高学报信息化管理工作,创办特色栏目、提高学报质量、拓宽销售渠道,走联合办刊之路,探索走出民办高校学报发展瓶颈,促进民办高校学报内涵建设。

College journal is an essential part of college scientific research. But civilian-run college journals are now facing its developing dilemma due to the late starting, poor scientific research, insufficient investment and the lack of serial number. The paper, based on civilian-run college journal serial number, contributions, column layout and editorial talent troops, analyzes the internal and external causes and explores a new way for civilian-run college journal by several aspects： contribution in various ways, controlling the quantity and quality of contributions, strengthening sense of responsibility, exerting functions of editorial board and editors, improving the information management, setting up special column, improving journal quality and considering a way of joint publication. The aim of the paper is to promote the connotation construction and continued development of civilian-run college jour- nal.
