摘要 根据工学结合产生背景,分析了工学结合的内涵以及依托工业园办学的依据,提出引厂入校,校中建厂,实施"教室与车间一体、教师与师傅一体、学生与员工一体、作业与产品一体"的教学模式,进行校企融合、资源共享建设工学结合示范园,建立"管委会-项目部-双师工作室"三级管理体制和运行机制,校企共建"双师工作室",推行"产教一体,寓学于工"人才培养模式改革。 This essay, with analysis on the outcome of the education mode of "learning-working combination", its connotation and the evidence to base on industrial parks, puts forward a thought to introduce factories into the cam- pus, to found plants in the campus, and to carry out the education mode of "integrating classroom with workshop, teachers with masters, students with staff members, assignments with products", for which the school and the en- terprise can be merged and share resources to construct a demonstration park for "learning-working combination", to set up a triple management and execution system covering "management committee-project department-double qualified teachers studio", in which both the school and the enterprise work to found a "double qualified teacher" studio, which contributes to the reform of talent training model named "production and teaching, putting schooling into working".
