在高职教育进入普及阶段的新形势下,高职学生在某些地区、某些行业缺乏就业竞争力,失业率偏高,这与部分高职生的就业理念不清晰,大学培养的高职人才缺乏特色以及客观上存在的二元制劳动分割理论有很大的关系。要改变这状况,就需要学生更新就业理念、学校更新教育理念、社会更新观念。

As higher vocational education is becoming more and more polular today, the higher vocational students seem lack of competitiveness in employment in some areas and industries.This can be shown clearly from the unemployment rate. The reasons of this are being their unclear employment idea and lack of features of the higher vocational education and also the dual theory of the division of labor.To change this situation, students should update their concept of employment, and the college should update its concept of education, and also our society should renew the idea of students who receive higher vocational education.
