摘要
高职院校目前面临着众多挑战,如何提高高职院校的核心竞争力是职业教育必须解决的关键问题之一。成熟于上世纪90年代的学习型组织理论可以用来提升高职院校的内涵建设。因此,创建高职教师学习型组织是构建学习型高职院校的重要步骤和环节之一。通过分析学习型组织的内涵和特征、高职教师学习型组织的概念与特征、高职教师学习型组织现状,总结出了重构高职教师学习型组织的意义和价值以及高职教师学习型组织的创建策略。
There are many challenges in higher vocational colleges. How to improve the core competitiveness is one of the key problems needed to be solved in the vocational education. The learning organization theory matured in the 1990s can be used to improve the connotation construction in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, organizing the teachers' learning organization is one of the important steps in higher vocational colleges. This paper summarizes the meaning and value of reconstructing the teachers' learning organization and the establishment strategies in higher vocational colleges by analyzing the connotation and characteristics of learning organization, the concept, characteristics and current situation of the teachers' learning organization in higher vocational colleges.
