摘要
本文在研究了国外国内大量成果的基础上，结合县城居民回收电子废弃物的行为特点，构建了县城居民回收行为影响因素的理论模型，并开发设计了调研量表，对河北3个县城常住居民进行了257个有效样本的抽样调查。采用SPSS17．0对抽样获得的数据进行了因素分析和回归分析。得出结论：环境知识、回收价值认知、近邻效应、法律规范、感知行为控制、回收习惯对县城居民电子废弃物回收行为意向有显著影响，尤其是法律规范。最后基于实证结论提出引导县城居民进行合理回收的措施建议。
Based on lots of research in domestic and foreign, considering the recycling behavior characteristic of WEEE, the paper conducted the theory model that investigates the influence factors of County Seat residents to recycle WEEE, then developed and designed the scale, in which 257 valid returned questionnaires were obtained from the sampling survey in 3 County Seats in Hebei Province. Then the data was targeted to factor and regression analysis by means of SPSS17.0, resulting in the conclusion that the environmental cognition, recovery value awareness, neighbor effect, legal norm, perceived behavioral control, and recycling habits have a positive effect on intention, especially the legal norm. Based on the results of empirical research, some suggestions have been recommended for the government and enterprises.
