Role of dendritic cells in corneal transplantation immunoreaction

摘要 角膜移植术后免疫反应是影响移植成功率的主要因素,树突状细胞为主要的抗原提呈细胞,在机体免疫应答、免疫耐受诱导等免疫反应中起着关键性作用。本文将角膜移植术后免疫反应中树突状细胞的作用及研究进展进行综述。
