摘要
成年雄性小鼠腹腔注射 0 0 2 5~ 0 40 μg/kg/d氯化二丁基锡 (DBTCl) ,染毒 7d。实验温度 2 2± 2℃ ,光∶暗 =1 2h∶1 2h。结果表明 ,DBTCl对雄性小鼠生殖系统毒性影响很强。在≥ 0 0 5μg/kg剂量作用下 ,小鼠睾丸重量、精子存活率和密度明显下降 ,精子畸形率明显增加。观察发现 ,在 0 0 2 5~ 0 0 5μg/kg低剂量组中精子头部畸形率较高 ,而在0 2 0~ 0 40 μg/kg高剂量作用下 ,精子尾部的畸形率明显增加。剂量大于 0 1 0 μg/kg处理组小鼠体重明显下降。DBTCl和雄性小鼠生殖指标之间存在剂量 效应关系。DBTCl对精子存活率和精子密度 7d的ED50 值分别为 0 1 7和 0 1 9μg/kg。
Effects of dibutyltin chloride (DBTCl) on testis and sperm qualities in mature male mice were investigated by intraperitonial injection of 0025~040μg/kg/d for 7 days under 22±2℃ and L∶D=12?hr∶12?hr conditions.The results demonstrated that the DBTCl exhibited a strong toxicity to the reproductive system of male mice.The injection of ≥005μg/kg DBTCl resulted in decreasing testis weight and the survival rate and the density of sperm,while the rate of sperm abnormality increased significantly.In addition,the groups injected with 0025~005μg/kg resulted in elevating the rate of sperm head abnormalities,while those treated with 020~040μg/kg significantly increased the rate of sperm tails abnormalities.When treated with ≥010μg/kg DBTCl,the mice body weight decreased.The results revealed a remarkable doseresponse relationship between DBTCl and all studied reproductive indicators in male mice.The 7d ED\-\{50\} values of DBTCl for sperm survival rate and density were 017 and 019μg/kg,respectively.The present study provides a possibility of early diagnostic indicator and a method for reproductive abnormalities in mammals induced by organotin compounds.
