摘要
抗生素的滥用带来严重的病菌抗药性问题。肽抗生素能杀死多种微生物及特异性杀死癌细胞 ,通过穿膜打洞的方式使细胞死亡 ,不会导致抗药菌株的产生。从昆虫及高等动物中分离纯化了许多种类的肽抗生素 ,寻找到一些杀菌和杀癌细胞能力强的种类。由于分离天然产物产量极微 ,采用人工合成则成本太高 ,科研人员致力于用基因克隆与表达的技术研究与开发肽抗生素。
Abuse of antibiotics has brought about severe problem of resistance to bactericide.Peptide antibiotics can kill many kinds of microorganisms and cancer cells.It can not engender resistant strians because of killing cells by poration on cell membrane.Many Peptide antibiotics has been isolated and purified from insects and higher animals.Some very strong peptide antibiotics has been fund.Natural product purification and artificial synthesis are very high cost.Scientists engage in research and development of peptide antibiotics by gene cloning and expression.
