摘要
利用 75%的乙醇从姜黄原料中提取姜黄素 ,提取率 91 37% ;提取液直接流经活性炭层析柱后测得活性炭的对姜黄素的吸附容量约为 8% ;分别利用碱性水、碱性乙醇和碱性丙酮洗脱被吸附的姜黄色素 ,发现碱性丙酮的洗脱效明显优于其余两种洗脱剂 (P <0 0 1 ) ;最终的结果显示 ,色素的产品率为 2 36% ,产品纯度 92 33% ,色素总收率 79 62 %。
The curcumin was extracted from Rhizoma Curcumae Lomgae by ethanol at the concentration of 75%,with the extraction rate of 91.73%.The absorption capacity of activated charcoal for curcumin was about 8% when the extract flowed through the activated charcoal column.Three alkalized solvents,water,ethanol and acetone,were used to elute the absorbed curcumin from the column,respectively.It was found that the alkaliaed acetone couad elute the pigment much more efficiently than the rest two solvents.The eventual results showed that the product rate of curcumin was 2.36%,content 92.33%,and total pigment recovery rate 79.62%.
