摘要
现代社会的急剧变化使原有的社会规范失去其应有的效力 ,社会面临着规范的重建问题。现代社会的规范重建必须遵循秩序和自由相统一的原则 ,而社会规范要实现秩序与自由的统一必须具备开放性和自治性这两个特性。
The rapid changes of modern society cause the old social norms to be no longer in force, and the society is faced with the reconstruction of social norms. In order to coordinate order and liberty, social norm must have two characteristics: being open and being self-controlled.
