基于人机工程学双驱动健身车的研制

摘要 基于人机工程学和机械设计的原理和方法,采用手脚双动力驱动方式,设计出结构简单、新颖的双动力驱动健身车。该车由三部分组成:车体、转向机构和传动机构,采用链传动保证一定的工作行程和速度。平行四杆连接转换机构实现手脚驱动方式的转换,包括框架、转换机构和控制机构。 A novel dual power-driven exercise bike with simple structure was designed through adopting hands and feet double power-driven mode based on the principles and methods of ergonomics and mechanical design. The bike is composed of a vehicle body, a steering mechanism and a transmission mechanism three parts. A certain working stroke and speed was ensured with chain transmission. The conversion of hands and feet driving was realized with parallel four-bar connected conversion mechanism, which including the frame, conversion mechanism and a control mechanism.
