摘要
非标桥式起重机结构设计大都采用传统的设计方法,结构很保守。安全系数较大,致使材料浪费。文中对100/32t型起重机主梁在ANSYS中建立了有限元模型,对其在典型工况下的强度、刚度、可靠性、疲劳强度、稳定性进行分析探讨,并把主梁T型钢两侧有加强筋时与无加强筋的结果进行了比较,最后得出加强筋可去掉的结论。从而减少主梁的材料,可以减轻主梁重量,降低制造成本,对实际生产有一定的指导意义,并为同类产品设计提供借鉴。
Traditional structural design methods are mostly adopted in non-standard bridge crane, the obtained structure is very conservative, safety coefficient is larger, the material is wasted. The finite element model of the type crane girder is established in ANSYS, and the analysis of its strength, stiffness, reliability, fatigue strength, stability under the typical working conditions, are carried out. Comparing the results of main girder with reinforced on both sides and T steel with no reinforcement, the conclusion is drawn that reinforcement can be omitted. Thus girder material can be reduced, weight and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. The result can provide useful reference for the optimum design of similar products and the actual production.
