摘要
根据车削加工工件的几何外形和成形特点,为了简化仿真计算,提出了将刀具体简化表示为刀具体轮廓多边形。建立了机床、刀具、工件和夹具等二维车削加工场景的几何模型。在实际应用中,仿真加工系统具有较好的真实感和动画仿真以及良好的独立性。
In order to simplify the simulation calculation, the cutter is simplified into the outline polygon of the cutter. Two-dimensional geometric model is built based on the turning process scenes of the machine tool, cutler, workpiecc and fixture. In the practical application, the machining sinmlation system has better realistic and favorable independence.
