摘要
针对蓝宝石难加工问题,采用数控精雕机床加工蓝宝石柱,在加工工艺参数正交实验的基础上,应用BP神经网络,建立数控磨削加工时间预测模型,并通过仿真验证了预测效果,确定了优化的加工时间为最优参数。
According to the difficult processing of sapphire, sapphire pillar was processed on CNC carving machine. BP neural network was used to build the times prediction model of CNC grinding based on orthogonal experiment. Prediction results are confirmed by simulation test. The optimal processing times are determined.
