摘要
针对机电一体化技术专业课程实施情况,构思了基于触摸屏与PLC控制的步进电机实验装置的设计方案,选择三菱FX3U-32MT型PLC、威伦MT8104T型触摸屏、RT28N-32X步进驱动器、步进电机以及一套单轴进给装置完成了实验装置的制作,采用EasyBuilder8000完成了人机界面的设计,通过人机界面实现了对步进电机的控制。该系统稳定可靠,在近几年的课程教学中发挥了很好的作用。
According to the teaching needs of mechanical majors, a program of stepper motor experimental device based on touch-screen and PLC is put forward. The experimental device is composed of FX3U-32MT PLC,MT8104T touch screen, RT28N-32X stepper motor drive and a single axis feed unit. The design of man-machine interface is realized by EasyBuilder8000. The operational results showed that the device is reliable, and has a favorable effect on teaching in recent years.
