宏观残余应力对微塑性变形行为的影响

Effect of Residual Stress on Microplastic Deformation Behavior

本文研究了宏观残余应力对微塑性变形行为与抗力的影响。结果表明宏观残余应力不影响材料微塑性变形的阶段性,但对微塑性变形抗力有影响,并指出这种影响不能根据传统的外应力与宏观残余应力简单迭加的观点来分析。

The effect of residual stress on microplastic deformation behavior and microyield strength has been investigated. The results show that the residual stress do not affect the stage characteristics of microplastic deformation, but has an influence on the microyield stress. It is also pointed out that its effects can not be judged by the traditional view of simply adding the external stress to the residual stress.
