摘要
利用 60 Co的γ射线辐照外源 DNA导入选育番茄。研究表明 ,辐照外源 DNA导入后 ,提高 D0 代的座果率 ;使 D0 代结籽数减少 ,但比没有辐照的 DNA导入要多 ,这些与剂量有一定的关系 ,差别明显。果脐有变化 ,这与短截花柱有关。在 D1代的幼苗观察中 ,发现供体的叶形和幼苗茎杆颜色 (紫色 )的显性基因 ,已在受体中得到表达。
Using exogenous DNA radiated by the γ ray from 60 Co, introducing it into different tomato lines, the result showed:D 0 generation improve the fruit set rate in radiation group, but produce less seeds than that of no radiation group, these were related to the dosages of radiation, and there were significant differences between radiation group and no radiation group. There are some changes on the umbilicus of fruit related to cut part of style. Among D 1 generation seedlings some of them express dominant genes of leaf shape and stem color of offering plant.
