摘要 肥胖症是影响人类健康的严重问题之一。在过去的十年中 ,对脂肪细胞的生物功能和分化作用的分子机理的了解方面取得了突破性的进展。脂肪组织不仅是被动的能量贮存场所 ,同时还是能够分泌多种生物活性物质的器官。已发现多种能调节脂肪细胞分化的转录因子。看来 C/EBPα和 PPARγ很可能是调节这种分化过程的主控基因。 During the last 10 years, breakthrough progress has been made in understanding the biological functions of adipocyte and the molecular mechanism of its differentiation. Adipocytes are not only used for energy storage, they also secret a variety of biologically active factors. Therefore, fat tissue is an endocrine organ. Many transscription factors are described for the regulation of adipocyte differentiation. Among them are C/EBPα and PPARγ,both of them are very likely the master genes for modulating adipocyte differentiation
