摘要
本文以NSSE(美国大学生学习性投入调查)问卷的汉化版:NSSE-China为调查工具,从学业挑战度、主动合作学习水平、生师互动程度、教育经历丰富程度和校园环境支持度五个维度,对北京的M大学开展了大学生学习性投入的调查研究。就所得数据进行了分析和总结,并提出了改革课程体系、评价体系和改善师生关系的建议,旨在对以学习者为中心、以学习过程为重点、以学习经验和产出为基准的大学质量评价和监控体系进行探索。
Using NSSE-China, the Chinese version of NSSE (National Survey of Student Engagement), an investigation of students' engagement of M University has been carried out from five dimensions including the level of academic challenge, active and collaborative learning, student-faculty interaction, enriching educational experiences and supportive campus environment. After analyzing the results, the paper puts forward suggestions about reforming curriculum and appraisal system and improving student-teacher relation. The purpose is to explore a university quality assessment and supervision system which is student-oriented, focused on learning process, and taking learning experience and outcomes as criteria.
