摘要
以少数民族学生为主体、生源地区差异明显、多民族学生共校同班学习生活的情况下,民族中学需要在教育教学和管理服务各个环节将校地之间、师生之间、学生之间客观存在的诸多差异等看似"不利"的因素,转化为涵育包容和欣赏差异、增强多元文化适应性品质的有利因素,从而培养出适应开放和多元社会的人才。中央民族大学附属中学"混和式"人才培养模式正是适应这一时代要求的有益探索。
Under the circumstances of students from multi-ethnic groups learning and living together with remarkable regional differences, ethnic middle schools should make efforts to transform disadvantages caused by differences existing between schools and local places, teachers and students as well as among students, into advantages which can increase the ability of multi-cultural adaptation through education, teaching and management services, so as to cultivate talents suitable for the opening up and the pluralistic society. The Middle School Attached to MUC has explored a mixed type of talent-training model to keep pace with the time.
