摘要
基于UNESCO学习型城市六大支柱的视角可以发现,新世纪以来中国成人教育在成人学历教育、社区成人教育与工作场所学习等领域,以及成人学习平台建设、成人教育工作者专业化与终身学习文化营造等议题上取得了一系列新成就,同时也面对着诸多问题和挑战。这些领域与议题的复杂性将伴随中国成人教育的未来发展,并考验着中国成人教育工作者的思想智慧和实践水平。
Based on the six building blocks of the UNESCO learning city, China has achieved a great success in such areas in the new century, including adult formal education, community adult education and workplace learning, and such issues, including adult learning platform building, professionalization of adult educators and lifelong learning culture development. Meanwhile, China has meet many challenges in adult education. Along with the forthcoming development of adult education in China, the way to deal with the complex of these areas and issues will be a test of theoretical and practical wisdom of adult educators.
