社会管理创新视阈下农村文化建设的实践与启示——以福建省南安市金山村为例

社会建设和文化建设都是党的十八大报告提出建设中国特色社会主义的"五位一体"之一,两者之间有着必然的本质联系。南安市金山村的探索实践证明,把加强文化建设作为创新社会管理加强社会建设的突破口,能够取得良好效果,这对贯彻落实党的十八大精神,提高农村社会管理的科学化水平有重要启示。

The social and cultural construction is among the ＂five-in-one＂ to construct socialism with Chinese characteristics, which was put forward in the report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC. They have essential necessary relations. The Practices of Jinshan village of Nan＇ an city have proved that it will achieve good results if we strengthen cultural construction as the breakthrough to strengthen social construction and social management innovation. This will give us important enlightenments when we implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the CPC and improve the level of scientific social management in rural areas.
