基于“两个融合”的西部地区新型工业化实证研究

Empirical Research of New Industrialization in Western Regions Based on“Two Fusions”

新型工业化是转变经济发展方式的载体、实现"四化同步"发展的主体。立足新型工业化的内涵要求,构建体现新型工业化精髓的信息化与工业化融合、服务业与制造业融合的省域综合评价体系,运用灰色熵权法对西部省域作实证分析。结果显示:西部省域在新型工业化水平上呈现差异,但并非由工业规模决定;省域间工业科技含量指标差距最大,而体现新型工业化精髓的"两个融合"水平普遍不高;各省制约新型工业化水平提升的因素不同,基于各自短板应采取差异化的针对举措,实现传统工业化模式向新型工业化道路的转型。

New industrialization is the carrier of the transformation of economic development pattern, and also is the main task of synchronization of the Urbanization, Informationization, Industrialization and Agricultural Modernization. Based on the connotation of the new industrialization requirements, the author has built the comprehensive evaluation system on provincial scale, which embodies the integration of informationization and industrialization, services and manufacturing, using the grey entropy weight method to make empirical analysis on the western provincial regions. The results showed that there are differences on the new industrialization level among the western provinces, but it is not decided by the industrial scale; the gap on the industrial technology content is the biggest among the western provinces, On the contrary, the index on ＂two fusions＂ level is similar among provinces. Based on their respective restricting factors, the author suggests adopting different measures in order to realize the transformation of the traditional industrialization mode to the new type of industrialization.
