Focus on adverse drug reactions caused by different metabolic processes

目的 :探讨药物代谢差异可能产生的不良反应。方法 :查阅国内外文献,综述药物代谢差异引起的不良反应情况。结果 :药物代谢过程中的I相反应和II相反应都会产生各种不良反应,包括药物代谢相互作用后产生的不良反应。结论 :药物治疗存在个体差异,需了解药物代谢途径,以达到个体化给药目的,尽量避免代谢过程中或相互作用而产生的不良反应。

Objective：To explore adverse drug reactions caused by different metabolic processes. Methods：The adverse drug reactions caused by different metabolic processes were reviewed by referring to the domestic and foreign literatures. Results：Phase I and II reactions in the processes of drug metabolism will produce a variety of adverse drug reactions including ones caused by drug interaction. Conclusion：Because of the individual differences, we should understand the drug metabolic pathways, make individual administration of drugs and try to avoid adverse drug reactions in the processes of drug metabolism or interaction.
