大孔树脂在中药分离纯化中的应用进展

Application of macroporous resin in the extraction and purification of traditional Chinese medicine

目的: 介绍近年来大孔树脂技术在中药提取分离纯化方面的应用进展。方法: 查阅近年文献,进行整理和归类,其中包括中药单方、复方中有效成分的分离纯化、中药有害杂质的去除等。结果: 大孔吸附树脂主要应用于黄酮、皂苷、生物碱等有效成分的分离纯化,近年来也用于重金属杂质和农药残留物的去除。结论: 从国家对该技术的关注程度来看,该技术在中药研究和生产中的应用将会有更广阔的空间。尤其是在用于脱除重金属杂质和农药残留物方面,其既不影响目标成分的含量又不会带入新的杂质,有着其他方法不可替代的优势。

Objective：To introduce the progress in application of macroporous resin in the extraction and puriifcation of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）. Methods：The domestic and foreign literatures were searched, organized and classiifed, which included the isolation and puriifcation of active ingredients from single or compound prescription of TCM,removal of harmful impurities from TCM and so on. Results：Macroporous resin was mainly used in enrichment of saponins,lfavonoids, alkaloids and so on. However, it was also used in the removal of heavy metal impurities and pesticide residues in recent years. Conclusion： From the point of view of national focus on the technology level, the application of macroporous resin in the research and production of TCM will have a wider space. Compared with other methods, the technology of macroporous resin adsorption has the irreplaceable advantages in neither affecting the content of target component nor bringing in new impurities, especially suitable for the removal of heavy metal impurities and pesticide residues.
