SRTP即"大学生科研训练计划",旨在为本科生提供科研训练机会,增强学生的创新意识和科研能力。本文探讨了SRTP对促进大学生科研创新能力提高的意义,对实施过程中暴露出的一些问题进行了分析,并提出了合理化建议。

SRTP（ Student Research Training Program） will provide the students with the chance of scientific research training and advance their ability of scientific research and innovation. In this paper, the significance of SRTP in the improvement of students＇ scientific research and innovation ability was expatiated. A few problems in the course of the training program were analyzed. Based on the analysis, some rationalization proposals for the training program were put forwarded.
