On the Experience of Resident Training in Department of Cardiology

住院医师规范化培训是对医学毕业生进行的以提高临床能力为主的系统、规范的培训,是医学专业特有的教育阶段。如何让学员在较短的学习时间内提高临床实践能力,是值得探讨的问题。现对培训中所采取的一系列教学方法进行总结。

The goal of the resident training is to improve their ability of clinical practice.In this paper,we summarized the teaching methods,and we are using to improve the ability of clinical practice of cardiology during limited training time.
