摘要
概述了2009年福建省农科院开始实施的"百名科技人员联系百家农业企业"、"百名科技人员下乡服务‘三农’"(即"双百"下乡)的主要内容和所取得的成效,运用SWOT分析法对"双百"下乡运作过程的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行分析,并据此探讨了构建福建省农科院"双百"下乡长效机制的策略选择。
This paper summarized the main contents and the achieved effects of the ＂Double hundred＂ to the country- side which implemented by Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences（FAAS） in 2009, and analyzed the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of operating process of ＂Double hundred＂ to the countryside. Based this a- nalysis, the strategy selections of long-term mechanism of ＂Double hundred＂ to the countryside were discussed.
