武平县农村土地流转现状、问题及对策

Situations,Problems and Suggestions on Rural Land Circulation in Wuping County

实施土地流转,发展规模经营,是遏制耕地抛荒、稳定农业生产、提高农业经营效益的重要抓手,也是新阶段发展现代农业的必由之路。通过实地考察,总结了武平县农村土地流转的现状、存在的主要问题及基本经验,并通过案例介绍,提出了农村土地流转对策建议。

The implementation of land circulation and the development of scale operation were the main measures to discontinue farming and let go out of cultivation, stabilize the agricultural production, improve agricultural manage- ment efficiency, were also the only way for developing modern agriculture in the new phase. This paper analyzed the situations, problems and basic experiences of rural land circulation in Wuping county by field visit, and put forward the countermeasures to improve rural land circulation based on the case introduction.
