摘要 以马来酸酐(MA)和丙烯酸(AA)为原料,采用多种引发剂,在水相介质中共聚生成较高相对分子质量和高羧基电荷密度的马来酸酐-丙烯酸二元共聚物多羧螯合分散剂P(MA-AA)[1]。考察了原料配比、引发剂含量、引发剂种类、反应温度和时间等因素对共聚物的影响。结果表明,优化的合成工艺条件为:n(MA):n(AA)=1.5:1,引发剂用量为单体总质量的7.39%,反应温度80℃,滴加时间90 min,AA单体和引发剂投料方式为连续滴加。在此条件下,所合成共聚物具有良好的螯合性能和分散性能。 With maleic anhydride(MA) and acrylic acid(AA) as raw material, high relative molecular mass and high carboxyl charge density of maleic anhydride(MA) and acrylic acid(AA) bipolymer multicarboxyl chelating dispersant P(MA-AA) was copolymerized in water phase using kinds of initiators. Influencing factors on the properties of copolymer P(MA-AA) were discussed, including the raw materials ratio, the initiator content, the initiator type, the reaction temperature and time. The optimized conditions were defined as follows n(MA):n(AA) =1.5:1, initiator weight was 7.39% monomers, reaction temperature was 80 ℃, dropping time was 90 min, as well as continuous dropping of acrylic acid monomer and initiator. The product has excellent chelating and dispersing performance.
