静止无功补偿器容量确定及补偿性能改善方法研究 被引量:7

摘要 随着电网无功负荷的增加和大量非线性、冲击性负荷的使用,静止无功补偿器(SVC)的应用越来越多。静止无功补偿器响应迅速,具有动态补偿无功功率、减少谐波、抑制系统电压波动和闪变、改善负序等功效。本文从上述电能质量扰动治理角度,分析了SVC容量选择的原则,并进行了SVC补偿效果分析。同时,针对已装设运行的SVC装置,结合长期监测数据给出了其补偿性能评估方法,并对未达到预计补偿效果时SVC中TCR与无源滤波装置可能的改善方法进行了探讨,为SVC装置改造提供依据。 The application of static VAR compensator(SVC) is widely used due to reactive load and nonlinear impact load increase in the electrical network.SVC has many outstanding functions of responding rapidly for changes of electrical network,compensating reactive power dynamically,reducing harmonic,suppressing voltage fluctuation and flicker and improving the negative sequence problem.This paper,from the aspects of the above power quality problems,analyzes SVC capacity selection principle and the SVC compensation effect.Meanwhile,it also gives the compensation performance evaluation method for an installed and operational SVC with long-term measured data.When the device can't achieve the expected compensation effect,some improvement strategies are put forward from the point of view of TCR and the passive filter.The proposed strategies can help to provide a basis for the improvement of SVC device.
