摘要 风能的随机性与间歇性致使风电机组容量可信度很低;同时,并网功率的波动也会带来电压波动、频率不稳等电能质量问题。基于储能装置调节风电并网功率是消除风电不利影响的有效手段。本文分析了风电功率调节系统的能量分配规律,重点研究并设计了系统核心单元储能变流器的控制策略。利用电网电压、变流器电压、并网回路阻抗电压之间的矢量关系,实现了储能变流器入网有功功率和无功功率的实时控制。仿真及实验结果表明:风电功率调节系统可实时平滑风电机组的有功功率和无功功率,储能变流器控制策略有效可行。 The randomness and intermittency of wind energy leads to low capacity credit of wind power plant. At the same time, fluctuant power will cause deterioration to power quality of the grid, such as voltage instability and fre- quency deviation. Wind power adjustment system based on energy storage devices is an effective way to eliminate these adverse impacts. This paper analyzed energy distribution in the wind power adjustment system, and focused on the research and design of control strategy for energy storage converter which is the core unit of ihe system. By virtue of vector relation of grid voltage, converter voltage and line impedance voltage, real-time control of active power and reactive power injected into the grid was realized. The simulation and experiment results show that wind power adjust- ment system can smooth and regulate active power and reactive power of wind power system in real time, and control strategy for energy storage converter is effective and feasible.
