为响应国家电网公司于2010年提出的关于建设省级计量中心的战略目标的号召,介绍一种集存储、校验、物流、管理为一体的标准化计量用低压电流互感器自动化检定系统。该系统实现与自动化仓储系统无缝接驳,互感器自动传输、自动接线、自动检定、自动贴标、自动装箱、自动入库等功能。实现互感器检定的全部工序的全无人值守操作。该系统不仅可以保证准确计量,提高工作效率,而且有利于集约化发展和产业升级。

In response to the call that China State Grid Corp put forward the construction of provincial metering center of strategic target in 2010. This paper introduces a kind of 0.4kV metering current transformers automatic verification system including of storage, checkout, logistics and management. This system can realize the seamless connection with the automated warehousing system, transformer automatic transmission, automatic wiring, automatic verification, automatic labeling, automatic packing, automatic storage and other functions, and transformer test of all process unat- tended operation. The system not only ensures the accuracy of measurement, improve work efficiency, but also condu- cive to intensive development and industrial upgrading.
