摘要
设计了一种基于交流比例法的蓄电池内阻测试仪。在深入分析影响测试精度的噪声干扰的基础上,提出采用仪表放大器、锁定放大器和双积分AD转换器等技术措施对噪声干扰进行抑制,并进行了相关实验验证。实验结果表明,采用本文所提噪声抑制措施可有效提高微弱信号检测中的信噪比和分辨率,实现蓄电池内阻的精确测量。
One kind of battery internal resistance measuring instrument has been designed based on AC proportion method. By analysis of noise that impacts on measurement accuracy, some technical measures, such as instrumentation amplifier, lock-in amplifier and double integration AD converter, have been used to suppress noise and some experi- ments also have been done. Experiment results show that the noise suppression methods proposed in the paper can ef- fectively increase signal-to-noise ratio and resolution ratio in weak signal detection and achieve accurate measuring of battery internal resistance.
